Over the last decade, I have focused a large portion of my medical research on exactly this: how one reaches the top of their game and stays there in a healthy and holistic way. I am particularly sensitive to the range of unnatural mental and physical strains placed on the modern professional and the way in which highly intelligent and/or highly motivated individuals can compensate for legitimate medical problems, albeit often in inefficient, unhealthy, or unsustainable ways.

I am excited to offer my patients a unique perspective and knowledge base catered specifically to the wants and needs of individuals who can’t settle for good-enough. I would love to be able to promise specific treatments or results, but you probably know that, as the great Morpheus once said: “I can only show you the door. You’re the one that has to walk through it.”
